Delivery of Allu products

Allu products can be delivered by courier throughout Romania and the EU member states. They can also be picked up from our showroom, after confirmation received from the Allu team for the order placed: Strada Înfrățirii, No. 137 C, Tășnad, Satu Mare County, Romania.

Orders can be placed online via the website www.allu.ro or by phone: +40 771 787 075.

Delivery time is indicated in the order acceptance email, respectively within a range of 2-5 business days , not exceeding 14 days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered to the courier the next business day.

The delivery of products will be carried out according to the delivery fee calculated at the time of placing the order.

For orders with a value greater than a certain amount, the customer benefits from free delivery (check the current promotions displayed on the main page) , and for orders with a value less than that amount, delivery is subject to a fee.


Free delivery: For orders above the amount mentioned on the main page, communicated in promotional messages or banners.

Free return: Only from the Account section

International transport: Delivery throughout the European Union

Payment methods

The order payment options differ as follows:
- cash on delivery payment upon delivery of the package by the courier (cash or card for some couriers).
- online payment by bank card through the payment processor Shopify Payments.

Return and refund

How to return a product

You can return a product ordered on www.allu.ro, within 14 calendar days of receiving the package under certain conditions (see Terms and Conditions). Follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us and send complete information with order details by email to: office@allu.ro.
  2. Prepare the package: we advise you to use the same packaging in which we shipped your order.
  3. Choose a courier: send the package by courier to the address: Tășnad Locality, Strada Înfrățirii, No. 137 C, Satu Mare County, Postal Code 445300.

The return is free of charge , if requested and processed through the existing section in the User Account.

Return conditions

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (with all accessories, labels intact, unopened and without signs of use). Products that are altered or show physical changes, bumps, scratches, dents are not accepted. If the returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, dents, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to withhold an amount from its value, the amount that will be communicated after assessing the damages.

Refund

If the return conditions are met, the amount paid for the returned product will be refunded to the beneficiary by bank transfer, to the account from which the payment was made or the account communicated, within a maximum of 14 working days from receipt of the product by the seller.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund the amount and return the product to you if the product does not meet the quality requirements.
